Teamwork Makes The Dream Work.

We’ve teamed-up with Kia Motors UK to establish a truly successful and exciting working partnership. For us, it’s not just about ticking boxes. We’ve developed a deep understanding of their brand, aspirations, products and learners, to expertly tailor each experience, creating unique, exciting, and long-lasting learning. 

Like all good partnerships, this is a two-way street. Our success is a testament to the Kia Academy’s willingness to invest in their training, understanding its intrinsic value and seeking to innovate time and time again, trusting us and giving us the space to get truly creative.

The Power To Surprise!

For the past three years, mobedia LX have been Kia Motors’ agency for digital learning experiences in the UK, something that we’re hugely proud of.

Even with consistent ‘world-class’ (over +70) Net Promoter Scores (NPS) scores we’re careful to never become complacent – instead, we aim to continuously improve, continuously gain a greater awareness of works for Kia, and continuously surprise our learners – after all, Kia’s motto is ‘The Power To Surprise!’ 

And this approach seems to work. Together with Kia Motors UK, we’ve just celebrated being voted No.1 in the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) ‘Dealer Attitude Survey’ specifically for training the 5th time! The NFDA surveys 30 franchise networks and receives thousands of responses from dealers.

We also work closely with Kia’s additional training partners, ensuring a blended approach to learning for their audience. We share ideas and digital assets for a completely joined-up solution, seen best in the ‘Kia Masterclass’ events, where dealers from across the country come together for complete immersion in new products. 

We believe you can’t fully understand business needs and generate fresh ideas by being passive, so we join the Kia Academy at National Dealer conferences, product launches and ‘Train the Master Trainer’ (TTMT) events across the globe in order to absorb the feel of Kia, their culture and approach. This allows us to approach learning as ‘an insider’, so we can closely align our output with the way our target learners think, feel, and experience the world around them.

We provide highly interactive, gamified, immersive and fun learning experiences for Kia – and despite having delivered so many over the years, no two learning experiences look the same. We’re experts at blending multi-media avenues, supported by our Creative Studio to produce high quality video, animation, and bespoke development to make our experiences stand out and stand the test of time.

We pay careful attention to UX/UI and continuously seek feedback on the ‘usability’ of our experiences, ensuring we deliver seamless, uninterrupted learning for maximum retention and recall. And we prioritise ‘experience’, because we know that the key to effective learning is engagement. By bringing exciting new ideas and fresh treatment to every project, we deliver incredibly powerful learning experiences that truly resonate with staff in a meaningful way.
