Getting Competitive

Long-standing client Kia Motors UK got all strong and mighty with their 7-seater giant All-New Sorento. So – what better way to give a display of strength than in a gruelling competition? 

The concept of our ‘Ultimate Off-Road Challenge’ was born, immersing learners in a gamified environment (complete with jovial sports commentary) to pit their wits against Sorento’s competition to be the very best!

A Dynamic
Learning Experience

This course was built to excite and energise learners, with dynamic graphics and lots of 3D models of the car, provided by our creative studio. A dramatic soundtrack and a punchy voiceover duo of authentic sportscasters kept the energy up as learners battled through challenges based on features of the car. 

 

We used each ‘challenge’ as a way of delivering key information, tying it into customer benefits to help learners engage with real-life customers in the right manner. Each challenge our learners won – the more fuel they earned, so they could proceed onto the next challenge.

Try Before You Buy.

It was important to us that we not only left learners feeling confident in their basic product knowledge of Sorento, but also confident in their ability to handle the car in a real dealership.

So we built in exercises that asked learners to perform tasks on the car. This gave learners a sandbox in which to make their mistakes with no repercussions – so by the time they delivered the goods in their dealership, they were 100% practised and accurate.
