Demystifying Customer Care

It all started with a tablet (fitting for this subject matter!). By placing these devices in over 1000 pharmacies, we created our own unique distribution platform for content directly with our audience.

Whilst our developers created a custom native Android application for the launch, we were filming within pharmacies behind the lens, directing films to help drive organisational change. The result was a suite of interactive videos with branching logic; viewers are posed questions linked to the content, and their answers decide the outcome (a bit like the classic ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ books).

Transforming a Brand Identity

During 2016, Alphega Pharmacy undertook an major business transformation, under the headline of ‘Close to You’. To support the launch, we produced a suite of short films that brought the positioning to life.

They debuted at the Alphega Pharmacy Annual Conference, and the performance from our young actress even drew a few tears from the audience!

To date, the ‘Close to You’ films have screened across 17 countries as part of an integrated Pan-European campaign. You can watch one of the films from the campaign here.
