Overview.

Aurum Holdings (owners of Goldsmiths Jewellers) needed learning content to demonstrate the shift from customer experience to luxury experience. 

What.

We assisted retail training experts REXP by creating films and animations used in a blended learning initiative for Aurum Holdings sales staff.

Results.

mobedia LX created 3 films that were delivered during face-to-face workshops with staff members.

We produced a mini-documentary on the history of the high street, accompanied by 2 bespoke animations.

The Way we Shop has Changed

The retail world has changed forever, and Aurum Holdings, owners of Goldsmiths Jewellers, acknowledged they needed assistance in shifting their sales training and model from ‘customer service’ to ‘luxury experience’.

To support a workshop training experience, we created a series of videos and animations to create an aspirational and emotional connection for the learner.

We sourced archive footage to create ‘The History of the High Street’ – a mini documentary about the changing face of retail. Our teams also produced a series of animations that take learners on the journey from ‘service’ to ‘experience’.
