Electricity is the future… even though it’s kind of been part of every day life for centuries. The social, legal and environmental shift towards Alterntively Fuelled vehicles has driven car manufacturers to develop bigger and better electric vehicles – and Kia’s award-winning All-New e-Niro is the best of the best. However, electric cars are a different kettle of fish for sales people traditionally accustomed to selling – well, non-electric cars. Petrol. Diesel.
It was our job, with e-Niro, not only to teach staff about the benefits of the car, but the simplicity of the ‘electric lifestyle’ for their customers. Laptops, smartphones, microwaves, e-Readers, TVs… why not our cars too?
To convey this relaxed sense of ‘new, but not really new’ to our learners, we applied a humorous ‘Retro-Futuristic’ theme to our leaning experience. ‘Imagine a world’ became the motto of the course… and with the course narrated by our Alexa-style assistant ‘Electra’ (that’s pretty good, right?), users were quickly placed at ease and ready to learn.
