We helped Radley team members redefine the value of their products and understand new sales techniques.

Understanding the Audience

From the outset, film was always going to play a large part in this learning experience – when setting best practice it’s always advisable to set expectations from the off!

However, when dealing with a workforce of wildly varying skillsets and experience, ensuring the video is authentic to everyone is vital. We identified a Radley store not too far from the mobedia LX studio, and spent time on the shop floor observing exactly how experienced staff not only dealt with customers, but handled their products  – enabling us to direct our actors with an air of authenticity.

We then spent 2 full nights (retail stores are open 7-days-a-week) locked in a Radley store with our cast and crew gathering all the collateral needed for the project.
